CIRCLES at Wrenway, LLC is managed and operated by owners Roy and Shelia Stewart, Missouri City residents for more than 40 years, who are Godly people with a heart and compassion to serve their residents in a caring and compassionate manner. In addition to having a heart to serve others, Shelia, a member of the Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes (TORCH) and Veteran Administration Community Residential Care (CRC) Program, brings previous experience as a care giver for her mother. In addition to their personal commitment, both have backgrounds in corporate America that brings a great depth of business acumen, leadership and direction which helps them to be more grounded, dependable, and professional managers of CIRCLES.

As Administrator, Shelia brings the experience of being the care provider for her mother for six years. Owning and managing an assisted living facility has been her dream and vision from this experience. Shelia believes that the period of her life when she cared for her mother, while working full-time in the oil and gas industry, confirmed her diligence and heightened her awareness of the need for senior care facilities. Her responsibilities include staffing, licensing and procedures, admissions, service care plans, resident assessment, dietary planning, meal preparation and medication assistance.

Roy’s duties as Operations Manager is to oversees the day to day operations of the facility to ensure operating procedures are effective and efficient. He is also hands-on with resident’s daily needs which includes transportation service. He is responsible for fire and life safety procedures, Disaster and Emergency management.

As Business Services Coordinator, Brandy provides daily direct interaction with residents. This includes day activities, medication assistance, scheduling of appointments, personal services, meal preparation and transportation services. Brandy exemplifies the professionalism and the dedication that results in the quality of life CIRCLES provides to its residents.
